The Ronald G. Repka Foundation, Inc. played an important role in implementing the Share The Road program in Indiana.

The Share The Road program strives to remind both bicycles and motorists of the need to look out for each other as they share the roadways. Both groups have the same rights and responsibilities to: obey traffic laws and controls, give each other room to operate safely, to yield the right of way to one another, and to operate their vehicles with care, courtesy and respect. The Share The Road signs serve to remind these very different groups of road-users to do the right thing and to encourage smart and safe behaviour.
