The Ronald G. Repka Foundation, Inc., in association with Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana, donates gift envelopes on a monthly basis to several different cancer patients.
These gift envelopes contain such items as postage stamps, Lassus Brothers gasoline cards, Scott's Foods grocery certificates and free pizza coupons from Pizza Hut.
